D Square Projects Pte Ltd was established in May 2010 by our founder Mr Dixon Tan, specialising in Interior Fit Out projects offering diverse types of works including commercial/corporate and residential sectors. Dixon not only has more than ten years of experience in this industry, he is also PMP trained and a recognised Fire Safety Manager. Dixon believes in inculcating his values and beliefs in project management/construction methodology into the team.

Within 6 months of establishment, D Square Projects was able to secure our very own premise at Kaki Bukit Road 3, and in early 2011, our first Operations & Productions team was born. After 4 years of growth and expansion, we moved into a larger workspace at Premier @ Kaki Bukit in November 2014.

In the following years, D Square Projects achieved Building Construction Authority certification as a registered BCA contractor under interior finishing category, and attained Bizsafe Star and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 after audit by WSH and EQAMS.

Led by Dixon and his dedicated team, D Square Projects grew steadily and now has over 25 executives and over 40 skilled workers/craftsmen. Our core values of Time Management, Material Management and People Management are the key components that has contributed to our growth. Our team also takes great interest in Site Management, with its general logistics team working hard to upkeep and maintain all job sites, thereby producing safe and conducive work environment for all our workmen.

D Square now operates from its new, 11,000 square feet location, with 8,500 square feet for production, 1,500 square feet for office space and 1,000 square feet for storage area. Our logistics support with its fleet of one 14-footer, three 10-footer lorries and 1 van, has the capacity to cater to most of the immediate needs from the project sites.
